How long will my Fancy Dress Costume take to get to me?

• Most items have a choice of delivery times and prices including Next Working Day Delivery. Early morning and Saturday deliveries are sometimes available and these will be offered when you check out if so. A few special items have a longer delivery time and this is generally indicated on the product page itself.
  
  
• Please note that only the delivery times offered to you by the web site are applicable to your order. At checkout you may choose 'Fastest' or 'Cheapest' and the page will refresh to show you the fastest or cheapest delivery options and charges. If many different delivery options are available you will see these at checkout.
  
• Please do not order an item whose delivery time is not fast enough and add a comment that you only want the item if it will come faster!
  
  
• Please check the delivery information on the pages describing each item. You may need to scroll down the page if you can't see it.
  
• Unless another cut-off time is shown below, items ordered before 2 pm should reach you as follows.
  
• UK Next Day Delivery (£11.95): Order by 12 noon one working day for delivery the next working day.
• Next Day Delivery is available on many items but not all.
  
• UK Premium Delivery (£4.99): Allow 3 to 5 working days.
• International Premium Delivery (£19.95): Allow 5 - 10 working days.
• Premium Delivery is available on most costumes and accessories.
  
• UK Special Order (£4.99): Allow up to 21 days.
• International Special Order (£19.95): Allow up to 28 days.
• Rackham, Raven and Merlin items are dispatched directly from the factories when ordered and typically take up to 10 days to the UK. This is not guaranteed so please allow up to 21 days.
  
  
• We give full protection completely compliant with the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations -the Electronic Commerce Directive 2000, the Distance Selling Directive 2000 and the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) (Amendment) Regulations 2005
  If goods are damaged on arrival or later than a guaranteed (not estimated) delivery date we will give a full refund on receipt of the goods which should be sent to our warehouse by recorded delivery. In the case of damaged goods we will need a signed declaration from the customer that the goods were damaged at the time of delivery.
  We supply many rare and unusual garments and accessories. For items which are ordered specially the item ticket price shown comprises a proportion for the goods themselves typically 50% and a service fee for sourcing, for ordering the goods in specially, for packing and distributing and supporting the order process. This latter fee is typically 50% of the items price on the web site.
  During your 7 day cooling off period you have the right to cancel and receive the goods component of the price back in full if you return the item to us in re-sellable condition with all seals and labels intact. You must return the goods to our warehouse at your own cost, accompanied by a completed and signed returns form. Please email returns@fancydressheaven.co.uk for a form.
  The cooling off period starts when the contract is concluded and ends 7 working days after the day the goods are received. The service component starts immediately you order and the amount of the refundable service charge for sourcing, ordering, packing, distributing and supporting the sale will vary depending on how much has been done for you by the time you cancel.
  · Orders cancelled overnight before 8am between will be refunded subject to a 10% admin fee.
  · Orders cancelled after special orders are placed will be refunded subject to a 35% admin fee.
  · Orders cancelled after delivery will be refunded subject to a 50% admin fee. You must return the goods to our warehouse in re-sellable condition with all seals and labels intact at your own cost, accompanied by a completed and signed returns form.   Once you have cancelled the order all money due will be returned within 30 days of the date of cancellation or receipt of the goods in accordance with the Distance Selling Directive 2000.
• Please note that if Royal Mail or the courier service used is not able to deliver to you for any reason, any fees charged to us as a result will be passed on to you, so please ensure that you give an address that is accessible and where if possible there will be someone in to receive the parcel. If no-one is in at the address given a card will be left, and it will then be your responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange collection or redelivery if appropriate. If there is no letter box at your address or if your address is not accessible to a courier van, please use an alternative delivery address.
